Permanento was founded. Initially started as a trade company in office equipment and materials.
1967
A merger leading to Permanento focusing more on industrial tapes by 3M (Scotch)
1999
Establishment of first Asian sales representative office in Hong Kong
2000
Won the Cathay Pacfic China Trader award. The award is rewarded for Dutch SME’s who have made an innovative and important contribution in China.
2001
Acquisition by Permanento of Norton Fluorplast.
2003
Expansion of Raamsdonksveer facility and consolidation of manufacturing on Raamsdonksveer site.
2005
Re-organisation which led to branches in Hem and Raamsdonksveer to merge. Currently we are concentrating our joint activities from Raamsdonksveer.
Permanento Electronics Technologies (Zhuhai) Ltd. was incorporated

Named by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong as the SME (Small Medium sized Enterprise) of the year
2007
Permanento group obtained an ISO:9001:2000 certification (accredited by SGS {Societe Generale de Surveillance})
Permanento Electronics Technologies (Zhuhai) Ltd. obtained an TS16949 certification (accredited by SGS) for the automotive industry.
